Building a business asks a lot of you. You make decisions without having all the information. You move forward without knowing exactly how things will turn out.
You hold uncertainty, responsibility, visibility, ambition, setbacks, growth, and change. And as the business grows, those demands rarely get smaller.
Many female founders are taught how to market, sell, launch, plan, and optimise. Far fewer are taught how to develop themselves as the person responsible for leading all of it.
The Female Founder Lab exists to change that — to help women build the judgment, self-leadership, resilience, and capacity required to keep moving as their businesses become bigger, more complex, and more meaningful.
Not by becoming better at tolerating endless pressure. By becoming more capable of leading through it.
I believe the founder behind the business is part of the growth strategy
